Following the mantra of India, “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas”, Shama NGO works for every section of the country, mainly for the development of SC, ST, OBC, and minority communities, towards all the welfare schemes given by the governments. To make people aware, many awareness programs, workshops and meetings are held, in which the cooperation of the government administration is always received.
Filling up online registration forms for minority welfare schemes etc. is also done very responsibly by organizing camps from time to time.

Minority Upliftment While performing our duty, many camps, programs, seminars were organized for education, employment, security, development etc. for the minorities of the country.
We worked to reach the minorities and called upon them to be a part of the mainstream by creating public awareness so that they could take advantage of the minority welfare schemes of the State and Central government, such as fee refund scheme, scholarship, “Nayi Roshni”, “Seekho aur Kamao”, women welfare etc.
Along with this, work was also done from time to time to raise the voice of minorities.
