Shama NGO has always been enthusiastic about the practice of languages in society.
In this initiative, to promote Hindi, Urdu and Arabic languages, seminars, symposiums, poetry conferences, mushairas, book publications, etc have been organised from time to time to introduce the youth to the languages.
For a year, training classes for Hindi Academy, Urdu Academy, and NCPUL, in collaboration with Central and State Governments, were conducted to promote the languages.
From time to time, seminars, awareness campaigns, etc. are conducted by Shama NGO to promote languages, in which many types of suggestions are also given to people to tell the values of languages and to promote their mother tongue, as well as to educate the new generation. An attempt is also made to tell the value of languages.
Establishment of centres to promote show Hindi, Urdu and Arabic. Shama NGO has set up centres for the extensive development of the above languages at different places, where people of all ages are given knowledge of languages, in which contributions from NCPUL, Urdu Academy, Hindi Academy etc. are received from time to time. After teaching, certificates are also given so that that person can also connect with employment for a living.

Intending to encourage languages, Shaman NGO organizes many programs of Kavi Sammelan, Mushaira and book releases on the happy occasion of every national festival and introduces common people to Indian culture and traditions, as well as knowledge and history of languages to common people, this is delivered by releasing the poems of anonymous poets and poets in the form of a book, their courage is also encouraged. In addition to this, for the encouragement of Urdu newspapers, the common people are encouraged to read Urdu newspapers.
